Register on my website (it's free!) *This gives me your contact info as well as some answers about your style current beauty routine. Click on my picture in the top right section of the screen, click Send a Message and write FREE SAMPLES in the message box.
You will receive a FREE SAMPLE from me at the beginning of each month *These will be different each month. Sometimes skin care items, sometimes eye colors, etc.
You will receive a pre-addressed, stamped postcard survey to complete and mail back to me.
You will have 2 WEEKS to complete the survey and return it. Don't worry, I'll send a nice reminder.
